Meet Joey

Joey Snider is the founder of Shop Floor Advisors and the former owner of J R Snider Ltd., a multi-division service company specializing in plumbing, water treatment, and septic systems. With more than 40 years of real-world operational experience, Joey helps trade and field-service business owners reduce costly mistakes, improve efficiency, and eliminate wasted motion. Known for his practical approach, credibility, and understanding of the challenges business owners face, he combines hard-earned insight with trust, respect, kindness, and humor. Joey is also the author and narrator of his book titled “If Water Runs Through It We Do It”.
